The 803 series are built on 32nm SLC Nand Flash which is specced to provide 80,000 Read/Write operations at the block level. The CACTUS 803 series MIcro SD products will last for years and years and years in most applications. The “R” means that the Operating System will detect the Drive as “Removable.” The “T” means that the NAND Flash is sourced from Toshiba.
