The CACTUS 303 series has been in production since 2007 and has been engineered for applications that require the longest possible service life combined with a faster Data Transfer rate. The 303 series are built on 43nm SLC Nand Flash which is specced to provide 100,000 Read/Write operations at the block level. Combined with the Global Wear Levelling algorithm employed by CACTUS, and the patented “make before break” algorithm to ensure that all writes are completed at Sector boundaries,this means that the CACTUS 303 series products will last for years and years and years in most applications. The “F” means that the Operating System will detect the Drive as “Fixed” ( like a Hard Disk Drive) The “T” means that the NAND Flash is sourced from Toshiba.
