The CACTUS 240 series has been in production since 2016 and is built on one of the largest geometry MLC Flash arrays on the market today. The large geometry MLC Flash results in reasonable reliability ( 50,000 Write/Erase functions per block)and a lower cost point compared to SLC Flash products. If your application is needing the best combination of reliability, cost-effectiveness and high capacity, then the 240 series from CACTUS may be the one for you. A Fixed Bill of Materials can be arranged for your project. The 240 series m.2 SATA modules only come in a Fixed configuration and the SM6 physical size is 22mm x 42mm. Larger footprint products are available upon request.
