The CACTUS 245 series has been in production since 2017 and is built on large geometry MLC Flash programmed to behave as SLC NAND Flash. The result of this pSLC ( or “Psuedo” SLC) is good reliability ( 50,000 Write/Erase functions per block)and a lower cost point compared to SLC Flash products. If your application is needing the highest combination of reliability, cost-effectiveness and capacity, then the 245 series M.2 modules from CACTUS may be the one for you. The M5 product dimensions are 22mm x 60mm. A Fixed Bill of Materials can be arranged for your project.
