SIGNED DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
IntaCept and Control Synergy are pleased to announce a distribution agreement has been signed by the two companies. The agreement means that Control Synergy will handle product distribution and sales of the IntaCept Tag throughout Australia and New Zealand. Control Synergy has a large existing client base throughout these two countries in the market segment targeted by the IntaCept Tag. These target companies will benefit from the advantages and improvements the IntaCept Tag brings to Testing and Tagging.
IntaCept is now in discussions with Control Synergy to finalise marketing plans and determine best path to market.
Securing a partner such as Control Synergy means that IntaCept does not have to manage the sales process in-house, but can instead focus on providing product and technical support to customers as the product is rolled out into the marketplace.
Intacept Cloud Approaches Completion
IntaCept Cloud is the online database that stores all of the Test and Tag data gathered in the field using the IntaCept smartphone app.
To date the online database has existed as a proof of concept only, but funds raised during the IntaCept capital raising process have allowed IntaCept to engage a developer to complete the final product. IntaCept sourced a software development partner with extensive experience in Cloud database development and smartphone apps. The developer is liaising with our hardware developer to produce an integrated software solution.
IntaCept Tag on Display at AIMEX
The IntaCept Tag was on display at the recent AIMEX exhibition in Sydney, at the Control Synergy stand.
AIMEX targets the mining and heavy industrial market sectors, and the IntaCept Tag was demonstrated to potential end users. IntaCept is looking forward to completing the full testing and tagging system hardware and software to be market ready. At which point many of the contacts made at AIMEX will be revisited and a full product demonstration made.
Product Compliance
In order to sell an electrical product in the Australian and New Zealand market place, the product must conform to strict electrical safety and electro-magnetic compatibility standards. IntaCept is currently liaising with product testing companies to put the Tag through the testing procedures in preparation for market entry.
